The Organizing Committee through HAVANATUR and the Travel Agency Solways Cuba offer the possibility of organizing your accommodation package, entry and exit transfers to the international airport as well as other services associated with the event.

Reservation Conditions

The Solways Cuba makes all electronic reservations for the International Meeting possible, making special rates available to guarantee your accommodation and other activities in close collaboration with Havanatur, the event's receptive agency.

Each participant will receive a personalized confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel, as well as the details of each of the services included in the reservation. The reservation process will end with receipt of the corresponding deposit.

For group reservations (more than 10 rooms) it is required to send your request by fax or email to info@eventoanimodcuba.com. Special conditions for payment and cancellation policy will apply.

Payment conditions

All services associated with the event must be prepaid. Your credit card will be charged 24 hours after making your reservation for the amount indicated at the time of reservation. The charge will be made in USD to the payment gateway indicated on the screen. Written confirmation will be sent to you, along with other details related to the requested service at the time of confirming the reservation. Solways Cuba accepts online payment with Visa or Mastercard credit cards.

Accommodation Cancellations:

Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be notified in writing, via email to Solways Cuba, info@eventoanimodcuba.com. Once payment has been made for your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:

• Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the package will be returned less 20% for administrative costs.
• Cancellations received 29 -7 days prior to arrival: The total amount of the reserved accommodation package will be refunded less the amount of the first night plus 20% for administrative expenses.
• Cancellations received less than 7 days after arrival: No refunds apply.

Booking your accommodation package through our website is a quick and easy process. You will only need to go through 5 steps to receive your final confirmation.

• Hotel Selection and Dates: You will be able to choose from the list of hotels associated with the event, customizing your arrival and departure data according to your air connections. It is possible to reserve up to 3 double rooms simultaneously for 6 participants in the event.
• Review and Summary: Display of the final price to be paid per passenger, as well as the total amount and details of the selected accommodation package.
• Personal Information: You must enter your personal information (First names, Last names, Email address, etc.)
• Payment: You must enter your credit card information directly into our collection center. Automatically displaying the operation status notification. We use SSL services that guarantee the total privacy of your personal data.
• Confirmation: You will instantly receive in your mailbox the electronic confirmation of the reservation made with details of each of the participants and services included.
